B.Ed. student teachers participated in a meaningful community service engagement organised under the initiative “सैनिकहो तुमच्यासाठी…” by Bharat Vikas Parishad, Panvel. The programme aimed to express gratitude towards Indian soldiers by contributing to the preparation and packing of Diwali snack boxes to be sent to soldiers stationed at various borders. This year, the organisation dispatched 14,000 snack boxes, continuing its tradition of service and appreciation. Student teachers from PCER actively volunteered for the packing activity held on 21st September 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The engagement provided students with a valuable opportunity to participate in a patriotic and service-oriented activity, fostering values of gratitude, discipline, teamwork, and social responsibility. The experience helped them understand the importance of acknowledging the sacrifices of soldiers while contributing meaningfully to a noble national cause.
