From Streets to Society: A Play for Change

Student-teachers performed street plays at two locations in Panvel—Old Panvel ST Bus-Depot and near Jeevan Jyoti Trust Centre. The street plays focused on important social issues such as Gender Equality and Elder Abuse. The play focused on pressing issues such as domestic abuse, dowry, pay disparity, and sexual harassment. Both performances attracted significant public attention, with the second location notably sparking an engaging discussion among local women. The initiative was well-received and appreciated by the audience for its bold message and impactful presentation, leaving a lasting impression on the community.
