The Indoor Games were conducted over a period of nearly two weeks, spanning from November 20, 2025, to December 2, 2025 by the Well-Being Club. The entire event was meticulously planned and executed under the dedicated guidance and supervision of the Well-Being Club in charge Mrs. Bhanu Yadav and Mr. Mohan Manmode, Principal of Vidhyadhiraja College of Physical Education and Research, New Panvel. Their mentorship was crucial in ensuring the event’s smooth operation and adherence to the principles of fair play and organization.
Prior to the commencement of the tournaments, a Google Form was created and circulated among the student body. This allowed students to conveniently register for the specific indoor sports events that piqued their interest, facilitating accurate tracking and planning for the organizers.

The event officially commenced with an important introductory session. On the first day of the initiative, Mr. Mohan Manmode, addressed the participating students. His address was highly informative, focusing on a detailed explanation of the rules, regulations, and proper conduct for all the scheduled games. This comprehensive briefing ensured that all participants understood the framework of the competition, promoting fair competition and a high standard of play.
The Indoor Games initiative proved to be an overwhelming success. Students displayed excellent sportsmanship, competing fiercely while maintaining mutual respect and adherence to the rules. The events fostered a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere throughout the campus. The successful organization of this event stands as a powerful testament to effective student leadership within the Well-Being Club and highlights the meaningful impact of faculty mentorship. It fulfilled its objective of blending recreational activity with the promotion of physical and mental wellness.
